On a Friday I parked in front of a sign in Bellflower CA saying "No Parking Sat/Sun".

On a Friday I parked in front of a sign in Bellflower CA saying "No Parking Sat/Sun". When I returned I had a $57 citation. I walked the block. 

There are 8 signs:

6 say "No Sat/Sun". 

2 say "No Fri 6-11"

IS this FAIR? Or deceptive(or just lazy planning). Why CAN'T they put all restrictions on the same sign pole?
