IS BELLFLOWER CALIFORNIA's GRAND RAPIDS? "Grand Rapids readies a royal welcome for Dutch monarch"

Is bellflower the most Dutch-american city in California? (Or Chino-Ontario? Modesto? Ripon?) Maybe bellflower was in the 30's when my grandfather founded Valley Christian,but I wonder if it still is?
