Re BELLFLOWER water: "Measure W - California General Election Ballot - Measures & Voter Guide " November 8, 2016

Somebody warned me that if the water is sold to this company they could raise the price of water in the future . Bellflower would have no control over the price. They might start taking advantage of Bellflower citizens re the price of water.
